The Assistant Manager is responsible for:
Mission and Service:
Uphold our commitment to exceptional service by ensuring branch staff deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members.
Actively engage in community involvement and financial education initiatives.
Member Experience and Business Impact:
Identify and address member financial needs, deepen relationships, and drive wallet share.
Champion team expectations, communicate effectively, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals.
Leadership and Coaching:
Develop team members, assess performance, and provide coaching for growth and success.
Foster a mission-focused culture of transparency, learning, and accountability.
Acumen and Accountability:
Serve as a trusted resource for members, staff, and management.
Contribute to branch profitability, monitor day-to-day activities, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Knowledge Requirements:
Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, sales coaching expertise, and a positive demeanor.
Knowledge of banking products and lending principles is essential.

PM19Ideal Candidates Have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-4 year degree in business or related field preferred.
3-5 years of management experience in a retail, financial service center, call center, or lending business.
Lending experience required; additional lending and compliance courses a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Sales and service background and strong sales coaching skills.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, peers, employees and vendors, and the ability to effectively resolve conflict.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
